Tree Condition Assessments

We are proud to offer a variety of Tree Condition Assessments. Each adopt a sensible risk versus benefit approach and come with professional reports that include a tidy sketch plan of the site and recommendations.

Actionable Condition Survey

The most economic means of inspecting trees. Whilst all trees in a given area are formally inspected, only those with actionable conditions are recorded within the report. Works best for clients that have large tree populations with a particular focus on safety.

Tree Inventory

The most comprehensive means of recording tree assessment. All the trees in a given area are formally inspected and recorded within the report. It is particularly useful on sites with multiple stakeholders in the trees such as multiple occupancy properties or managed property. It is also very useful for sites where a greater emphasis on long term tree care is required.

Detailed Tree Inspection

The most in-depth tree assessment. It is normally reserved for trees valued for their heritage, amenity or habitat and which are suspected of posing a high level of risk. Here are the different types of DTI that we are currently offering:

  • Soil assessment

  • Aerial inspection

  • Decay detection

  • Subterranean root investigation

  • Disease diagnostic
